Terms of Service

By accessing or using DashyCast at dashycast.com or app.dashycast.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using DashyCast on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

DashyCast provides tools to connect your Salesforce organisation, publish live charts and dashboards as embed codes or image URLs, and share that data with third parties. The specific features available to you depend on your subscription plan.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at legal@dashycast.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You may not share accounts or create accounts for others without their consent.

When you connect Salesforce via OAuth, you grant DashyCast read access to your Salesforce reports and dashboards. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share that data with DashyCast and with anyone who can view your published embeds. DashyCast does not modify any data in your Salesforce org.

You agree not to:

• Use DashyCast to publish data you do not have the right to share
• Attempt to circumvent plan limits or access features you have not paid for
• Use DashyCast in a way that violates Salesforce's terms of service
• Reverse engineer, resell, or white-label the DashyCast service without written permission
• Use automated scripts to abuse the API in ways that degrade service for other users

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorise DashyCast to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal in your organisation settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months.

We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

DashyCast and its original content, features, and code are owned by DashyCast and protected by applicable intellectual property law. Your Salesforce data remains your property. You grant DashyCast a limited licence to process and display your data solely to provide the service.

DashyCast is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data displayed will be accurate at all times. Chart accuracy depends on the underlying Salesforce data and refresh schedule you configure.

DashyCast is not responsible for decisions made based on data displayed through embeds or image URLs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DashyCast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, fail to pay, or if we discontinue the service. We will provide reasonable notice where possible. Upon termination, your published embeds will stop working and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
